So today I got a shipment of feeders. When I was going through my Dubia, I found a single albino looking see through roach. Oddly, as I was going through my super worm shipment, I found a super like this as well. I included pics below. Just wanted to know if this is normal? And okay to feed?

They are that color right after they molt. They will turn the normal darker color over a short time.

Edit: I actually feed my jackson the lighter newly molted ones as the skin is not as hard.

As ALWAYS Pigglett is absolutely correct! When I first got Dubia and had done no research on them I posted that I had albino Dubia.... Oh how dumb I felt as I was called out on my post. I breed super worms as well and it's very common with them as well. When they are white they do have much softer bodies and make fantastic food for chams that might otherwise not feed on them.

You aren't the only one. I made the same post when I saw my first molted Dubai. Don't feel dumb! We weren't the first and we definitely wont be the last!
