Hello! So, I'm thinking of getting a translucent veiled male. I was wondering, are they technically albinos? Also, if they are technically albino, does that give them a decreased fertility rate?

No, they are not albinos. The translucent patches are due to an inherited defect in the color-bearing cells in the skin (if I recall correctly-please correct me if I'm wrong). A true albino would lack all pigmentation.
