Transitioning to adult feeding

I was looking through some old pictures on my phone the other day and realized that I've had my female veiled chameleon Ziggy for a full year (i think she was about a month old when i got her) Wow the time has flown and she's become such a dear part of my life! Upon this realization, i realized she's probably done growing at this point and I wanted to make sure that I'm not overfeeding her.

I've been giving her ~10 gut loaded small crickets in the morning and usually hand feed her ~8 medium mealworms when i get home from work in the evening. She seems to be in a good body condition and she has not laid eggs or ever displayed any signs of being gravid (I'm not sure if that's normal or not) Should I try cutting this down? She has a great appetite and I dont want to stop feeding her as much all at once so does anyone have tips on how to start transitioning to a lower volume of food?

Also i was wondering if i should vary her diet more, although it's a bit difficult because sometimes i have trouble even tracking down crickets at the pet stores near me.

Lastly, I wasn't sure if i should be giving her larger crickets at this point. I definitely wouldn't go with any of the extra large crickets but I'm not sure what size would be appropriate for her so i tend to stick with smalls. I have been hesitant to change because i don't want her having any issues swallowing or digesting big guys! Plus she seems to enjoy the hunt so giving her more smaller crickets eases my worries and gives her a little more enrichment.

Sorry for so many questions, I'm a concerned mommy! Thanks for any and all help!

PS I was going to celebrate her 'birthday' on the anniversary of the day I got her so if anyone has suggestions of special treats I can give I would appreciate it :)
