Too Wet :(

I saw someone use a plant stand inside their cage - in the middle over the holes in the bottom - and the weight put enough pressure on the floor there to hold it down a bit and drain the water out.

What's a plant stand?

I can't tell if you could get it to go to the center easily because I don't really know what the materials are, but if the bottom if flexible and raised, then yeah....put the drain hole in the middle and then put something heavy (rock?) right next to it. Or, as KMV says get a footed plant stand, put that right over the hole.

Don't know what your cage bottom is, but some plastics deform easily when heated. You could put something heavy where you want the cage to drain to, heat the plastic from the bottom with a torch until it sags from the weight. Drill a drain hole there and put a bucket or dish under the cage.

Or, you can tip the entire cage frame just a little so the water pools in one spot and sponge or siphon it from there.
