Was he forced to sit in the sun, or did he have places to get out of the sun? They can bask at temps that high. You just want to make sure they have a place to cool off. You can always mist them too while they are outside if it is hot.

Ya I am in Houston and had my cham outside all day. But I make sure and mist LOTS and give him lots of hiding places.

Yeah he was out in the sun.. The entire cage was in the sun, he didn't have any shaded areas.. I'll make sure to mist him and have plenty of shade.. Love this Lil guy

Unless he sucks in his eyes like that from stress, he seems to be dehydrated. Those temperatures are fine as long as he has where to hide from it, so next time make sure his cage has lots of plant cover and to mist pretty heavily. Or have a dripper running on one side of the cage so he can drink if he needs it.

Just put him outside with plenty of shade and I gave him a good misting
