The other day my boyfriend was feeding our cham by hand and Zephyr actually missed the worm and hit my boyfriends knuckle! It was stuck and all of a sudden Zeph was running towards him with his mouth open. It looked really painful but he just puffed a bit and got back to chowing down once he unstuck it (he just flicked it away). My boyfriend is still spooked though, we are very lucky that he did not rip his tongue off!! But yes, my boyfriend said that it was Very sticky so I hope that this answers your question.

it can absolutely get stuck.
the most important thing to know is NOT TO PULL if he hits you! you can damage the tongue that way. if you should get hit, the best thing you can do is just let him finish the job, aka let him pull you in with his tongue. you're probably gonna get bit, and if you do DON'T PULL THEN EITHER! doing that will cut YOU pretty good.
if you just let him bite he'll let go realizing what he did, and a bite leaves you with no afwul marks or severe pain haha it might shock you at first. and even after all that, sometimes they misjudge the distance or we move slightly, and then they don't hit us at all, but its always nice to be prepared haha.
