tongue question

I was hand feeding my 10 month old panther a silk worm this morning and when he shot at it he grabbed it and my finger. It pulled him down to my hand and he bit my whole finger with the silk worm. Can this hurt his toung? He seemed fine a min later he shot a cricket from across the cage.

If it pulled him down it could hurt his tongue...but it sounds like hes ok.

Sure can.

Personally, I've stopped hand feeding. For the simple reason that a leave will rip off, but your finger will rip a toungue out.
