Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Ambilobe Panther Chameleon, 19 months old, male, named Captain. Had him since November 30.
Handling - Very little. He is on calcium medicine, and I don't want to stress him more than I have to.

Feeding - He's been on a hunger strike for a few days. Normally he eats crickets, and today I managed to get him to eat a few superworms and waxworms.
Supplements - Calcium w/o d3 every feeding
multivitamin twice a month
d3 twice a month.

Watering - Dropper running full time. Humidifier in room. Misting 1x a day.

Fecal Description - Parasite free. Uploading poop pic. Pretty mucousy and un-solid.

History - Diagnosed low bone density. He is on calcium syrup and been moved to a smaller cage. Has a cast on one arm.
Cage Info:
Cage Type - Reptibreeze small or med

Lighting - 75watt basking spot lamp and a reptisun 5.0 tube.

Temperature - basking spot around 100 degrees, (I know you'll think it's too hot, but he really likes it there. If it isn't, then he'll spend all of his time there.

Lowest overnight temp? Probably around 63 degrees, according to my thermostat.

Humidity - I use a probe, and it is about forty percent ambient-ly, with spikes and drops in concurrence with the misting schedule.

Location - NY

Problem: He is trying to eat, but his tongue won't extend all the way, and it's only started happening after this hunger strike. He shoots it but it stops maybe a centimeter from his mouth. The tongue is still sticky (or, suction-cuppy), so I'm hoping that this can be fixed. He is going to the vet on monday to have his cast taken off, and I will bring it to the vet's attention.

Hi, I had the exact same problem with my panther cham and I upgraded my heat bulb to a 100 watt and he is now extending his tongue. Try that and see if it works. Drago.
