Try getting a heat bulb with a smaller wattage, that worked for me.

Hm don't think that matters it's the temperature outdoors that's the problem, it's not a problem yet but who know if it gets even hotter outside :/

On really hot days, I turn off the basking bulb

if your place gets far too hot, you'll have to cool the room/location down - fans, air conditioner, freezer cold packs placed on the side of the cage
