Timers, need shorter duration

Hello again !, im looking for a timer which can do minutes or even better seconds ! All the usual house hold timers do 5mins or 10min intervals , which is no good !

Harbor Freight has a digital timer with two outlet plugs that can be programmed to run from one minute to many hours. It can also be set to turn on and off multiple times per day. It is item number 95205.
