So I am working on getting my new panther to not see me as a threat and so I have been putting the crickets on my hand and then seeing if he will take him. So far he hasn't but he sees that the food is coming from my hand which I hear is a good way to get them to not see you as a threat. My real question is if it is time to get larger crickets? I've been getting him 1/4" from a pet shop every week and he usually eats 8-9..Today however he ate no joke around 12-13. I know the rule of thumb is nothing wider than the gap between his eyes but I was just wondering if the fact that he eats so many means he is ready for larger ones?
