Found out opossums are good to have around, they love eating ticks. About to dump a truckload of them in my woods lol. Anyone know of other natural methods for reducing ticks?

You dont want to see a mom with babies they get very defensive and attack. Those things are as mean as a chameleon thats shedding! But really they have rabies and are very aggressive with young.

I've seen plenty of them before, just not a mom with babies. The rabies thing I have read is overblown and it is a mistake to kill them. They play an important role in the ecosystem. If you lived up here, you'd be happy to have anything that removes ticks. This part of the country is rampant with lymes disease. I'm recovering from it, was one of the worst illnesses I've experienced and I caught it fairly early. Kids can get it and it can cause longterm damage. I'd much rather have a few nocturnal possum living In my woods and lessen the chance of having lifelong damage due to this plague of ticks.
