think my cham hates

ok well here it goes got my cham about 3wks ago .Hes been eatting good except for a few days a week ago hes diff grown since ive had him but not the size i see other 4-5month old veils.I noticed off the bat he didnt like getting wet when i was misting so im trying to mist on the side hes not on or at angles that cant reach him,he is afraid whenever i come to his cage with my camera(no flash on) ,Ive handled him maybe 4-6 times maybe 2-5mins tops if even.... two times were because he got out.Yest i was spot cleaning his cage and left to go get some crickets i left the door open(mistake) he made his way out and on to the top of his cage almost touching his basking like i went to place my two fingers underneath him and he hissed and puffed which scared the crap out me lol sad yes i know.Anything i can do to make this better.I dont care about handling part cuz its understandable but it seems hard just to get near sometimes for a pic or w/e it may be.

I thought my 3 month Panther was o.k with me near the cage bc I have fed him with tweezers multiple times, but yesterday when I went to remove a towel from the bottom he puffed up and raised his head at me. I hope to get some treats soon to make him more comfortable. So, I recommend making it's stomach happy and eventually they will not see you as a threat.

Well for me. I cup feed my chams. Some o them see me coming and just think i have their food. They come right to me. One of my girls stays away. Just the way she is. I have heard that doing things like cup feeding as i said is good because it allows them to associate you with something good like dinner. Has definetly worked in my case with a couple of mine. Another thing i do with one of my girls for spraying is that i use my hand to kindbof shield her. I spray the crap out of the cage while making sure that she is not getting it beamed at her.

My baby doesn't like the cup. He/She (not sure yet) likes hunting them on the screen. The crickets like to climb to the top of the screen and hang out there.
