At the end of the day it has to be your decision. Everyone here will support you with whatever you decide. By guided by your vet and your gut feelings.
I will never forget her!
And it's with great reluctance!
The vet agreed that as she hasn't eaten in5-6 days that she won't have the strength to survive the op.
Awww, I am so sorry you are going through this. I know that awful gutwrenching feeling all too well. She had a fantastic life with you though - 6 years for a female is absolutely awesome! No matter how long they stay, it is never for long enough. She'll be off to the Rainbow Bridge soon to wait for you. xx
You have my deepest condolences in this hard time. Dizzy is in a much better place all full of youth and vigor and a never ending supply of food waiting for the day you two are rejoined again.. RIP Dizzy
Sorry to hear that Dizzy is gone. She had a stellar life and if it weren't for you saving her from abandonment and certain death, she would never have known the love you have shown her. It is truly amazing that she lived a long 6 1/2 years, you did good!
I'd like to thank everyone who on the forum for advice and concern!
Dizzy is the reason I joined the forum!!
I am very grateful for everything! I am genuinely proud of owning her and taking care of her! It's just a hurtful shame as I look up at her cage and her basking spot is empty as she normally watches me play video games on the Xbox!
I think it's too early to think about another Cham without wanting it to be her!
I just saw her for the first time since vets and was kinda hoping she would look at me
It's the empty cage that is the hardest. When my first cham died, we all felt the house was empty without her. I cleaned the viv and put a flowering pot plant in it. I got Amy, a 3 month old baby veiled a week later.
rip you did everything you could and put ALLOT of time and effort into her. She lived a good life with a great owner.
Rip dizzy you will never be forget
