Thermoregulating?

Spike has started moving around more like this morning he came to the bottom of his foliage not the bottom of the cage and he just sat there for awhile. Is this him learning how to thermoregulate? hes never really done it before

How old is your cham? I assume Spike is a male? He may be looking for a female or hunting ..... or could be regulating temps....

Its normal for them to move around in the cage.
