dang man sorry to hear about this, i had a cham delivery fiasco about a year ago too. Im in AZ as well(surprise) and my first cham got left on the truck and didnt even arrive til the next day! luckily my cham didnt over heat or anything. It really is rediculous to have a guaranteed arrival time, and then show up hours later. Whats the point

I wouldn't trust fedex to ship my dirty laundry to the laundromate.
UPS is the only shipper I will use for live animals.

I hear you!! I now take a cage to work with me and have them delivered to my office. I always get my deliveries at the office by 9:30am, not the least stressful on the cham to have to go into temp housing for a few hrs till I head home but better then a repeat of Gargamel!!
