When you see this thread you have* to post what food you are craving (or eating!) or just ate.

I am craving cereal, frosted doughnuts, teriyaki chicken and chocolate milk.

I am eating organic banana chips (unsweetened) and drinking golden oolong tea. I am going to go make teriyaki chicken with fresh green beans, shitaki mushrooms, carrot shreds, and bok choy over jasmine rice.

Haha, not quite, but I will give you one of my favorite recipes.

Get a head of bok choy or a few of baby bok choy, a carrot or two, half a head of purple cabbage, a couple of red bell peppers and a few cups of slivered almonds. Chop the bok choy into bite sized pieces, grate the carrots, sliver the cabbage into shreds, and make the peppers into slices. Mix all of this in a big bowl and make a light dressing with mostly apple cider vinegar, some tamari, a bit of agave syrup and a bit of canola oil. The dressing should be tangy, lightly sweet and a little salty with a nice somewhat slippery feel to it. Throw the dressing on top and stir it all up. Serve raw and keep chilled.

Exact measurments outside of baking are for wimps ;) Just get it until you like the taste.
