the dreaded stress of a chameleon

hey guys i was just wondering what are some signs of unhealthy/stressed out chameleons... if you knew the reasons as well that would even help more!

If there not healthy they sometimes wont eat and drink and when they are stressed like my jackson will turn a blackish color

sleeping during the day, falling and not eating/pooping are the big things I often look for
