when your chameleon reaches for ur hand instead of his food. I have a Jackson chameleon who is spoiled to the fact he eats from my hand. I went to feed him this morning and instead of sitting on his branch and eatting he reached for my hand and climbed up to perch on my shoulder.

I also have a Jacksons and he is the same! He comes to the front of his cage when I get home from work too! Mine is also spoilt and likes to be hand fed - he acts like the little prince that he is though!!

My Jackson is the same way too... I am always in a hurry in the morning headed to work, but when I see those googly eyes and googly horns staring at me from his cage, I always stop in my tracks and spend a fwe minutes hand feeding / letting him climb onto me

I am the same with Monty - he comes first before everything in my house, lol! He's like a tiny green puppy!

I always heard that chameleons are anti-social. but my lil jackson is very social. he gets excited when i have certain people over. usually the ones who visit with him often. he starts scratching on his door if they dont say hi. could it be a jackson thing since yalls seem to be social as well?
