i havent posted photos of thalamus in a while. she has become quite the pretty lady.

i love when their skin is shedding around their pupils. it looks creepy

sleepy after a day of half shedding

this is her bad eye. shes not fully blind but she still sees movement through it.

saved the best for last. shes showing off her pretty blue spots after sitting in her new hibiscus outside

im not 100% sure what caused it but it happened after a shed she had in the spring. ive flushed it out and was given gentamicin from my vet but she still doesnt see well out of it. it looks a tiny bit foggy on half her pupil on that eye, kinda like a cataract and its a bit sunken when you compare it to her good eye. i have to go back to the vet to see what i should do because shes been keeping it closed more often now and the drops havent seemed to work.

aww but then you get to take pics of him all fired up! my girl is pretty shy i just manage to get lucky once in a while. plus with her bum eye its good to sneak a few extra shots in and she doesnt notice!
