Hi! Welcome to the forums!
I think you need an air conditioner that is probably too hot for your little dude. Basking temp should be 80-85 depending on the age of your panther chameleon.
Is it that hot constantly? Can you fill out this form by coping, filling in your answers it will help some of the experiences keepers on here better assist you.
