Tattoos - chameleons! All input appreciated :)

Hello yall, so I plan on getting my two favorite chameleons on my arms as sleeves. One on each forearm for the most part. I already have 2 tattoos on my back - not of chameleons - I have been wanting these for a while. I figure there are a few people on here with chameleon tattoos or ideas so I would love to hear from anyone such as what to ask for when getting the tattoo, what kinds of ink REALLY POP out color, and I would like to see your tattoos. I also am not sure if I am going to get more a splash look or literally their pictures exactly...

I've been wanting to get my nosy be who passed away on me - on my side, rib cage and downward. I always like the more portrait looking tats when it comes to our pets. The one posted by KatCham is awesome.

Not many have tattooed chameleons, so just look through their portfolios to get their style.

I was so close to getting my cham tat done, but I didn't like his drawing - maybe I'm just too picky because I'm an artist too :/

Don't HAVE to do this, but I always like the idea of getting the glow in the dark ink, and for mint berry I'm sure it would look awesome at night, or maybe the black light ink would be better, you do have to get it touched up as it fades, but maybe at least once get it if you're going out to a club or something just an idea. You can take pictures of them at their best and multiple angles so the artist can get a good idea of what they look like, tell him you really want their colors to pop out as it is a big part of who they are. As for the pose they are in or what you want it's hard to say. You could ask the artist what he would like to do (this is risky he may not like the same look you may BUT you MAY get a discount if you leave it to him).
