Yeah I do. The problem with Home Depot, or other DIY "plant" bulbs is that they most often don't state what the Kelvin rating is, and IME if it doesn't say exactly what the Kelvin rating is, it's usually not the right or even within the ideal range.
Big Al's is going to be one of the cheapest source you can find on these bulbs. You may have better luck looking at online plant or hydroponic sites, but I'm unfamiliar with any of those as a source.
edit: and yes this includes the "plant" floros Walmart sells. I've recently bought some to just see, and they are on the red end of the spectrum, and by the looks of them, pretty damn far from the 5500-6700K we should be looking for.
