T5 or T5HO ?

HEY !
I want to ask about the diffrence between the lights type. (t5 and t5ho)
if i get the t5 in high voltage is that good enough?

Uhhh, T5 is very rare, ive only seen it in office settings. T5HO (high output) just has the voltage to the tubes cranked up, so it doubles the light output.

I dont know what"in high voltage" means. That could mean you are buying a unit meant to be plugged into 220vac vs wall outlet 110vac.

UVB bulbs only come in T5HO.

If you're talking about a UVB, AFAIK T5HO is the only option other than a few T8s.
There may be T5 (no HO) plant lights (not sure) but LED plant lights are much more efficient, economical, and green than even T5HO fluorescents.
