With all that bubbly spit, he looks like he may have an upper respiratory infection. An underlying infection could be what is bothering his eyes and could definitely cause the sleeping during the day. Take him to the vet tomorrow for sure. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

That's a full blown Upper respiratory infection and it's worked it way up into the eye area. He'll need a vet, lots of fluids, and a quiet place to get well.

I big thing for you to search for is the cause. Usually is it environmental so if you don't want it to come back you'd want to figure it out.

Just to add...you said Mineralls...is that the outdoor formula or indoor?. If it is the indoor, that contains d3 and you do not want to use that one but once or twice a month.

Well, my poor little guy did not make it. I was so heartbroken. :(

I am not sure what exactly went wrong but many people have told me that it was stress related from being in so many new cages.....he was WC - shipped from Hawaii - then to one home for awhile - then to a reptile show - then to my home in a temp cage and then to a new cage. :(

I wish that I noticed that he was ill earlier and maybe I could have done something more.

Thanks for all the help!!!!

Poor little guy. I'm sorry to hear he didn't make it. He was likely I'll before you ever got him.
