The question is then Brock, why does such a huge % of the global population (even in western countries) have a weak or compromised Immune system ?
Diet, and especially in northern climates a LACK of vitamin d3. Vitamin D, just like in our reptiles, keeps us healthy. UVB penetration lowers dramatically in North America and most of Europe compared to where people are 'supposed' to live.
We have evolved to deal with it (skin color), but really with so much globalization, most of us aren't conditioned genetically to live where we do, and I think d3 levels have the biggest effects on people's health.
edit: Oh and jojackson the rest of the world population that has weak immune systems is due to parasites. Look up some statistics and it's amazing how many people have parasites (everyone reading this most likely does), and they affect everything from your concentration, sleep, even how you deal with stress, food you crave.
ALSO!!!! ANYONE WHO IS STARTING TO GET THE FLU, A GOOD CURE IS PUTTING A CAP-FULL OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE INTO EACH EAR. JUST PUT A CAP-FULL IN TO ONE EAR AND LET IT SIT FOR 2-3 MINUTES, AND DO THE OTHER EAR.
It feels REALLY weird and uncomfortable, but it works. They don't know why yet, lol.
Here's my favorite health guru on some of these issues, I'd encourage anyone interested in their own well being to look at some of his videos!

He also mentions sleeping patterns. Electricity really effed us up with our sleeping patterns, it's something that affects everyone. Melatonin stops dead in its tracks when you're exposed to light intensity, so if you have a light on after the sun goes down, or are on your computer, or watching TV, then that increases your risks for any illness.
Circadian rhythms are a thing of the past lol, it's important to do what you can to have a consistent and normal sleeping pattern.
As for antiobiotics, never take those unless your life depends on it. Your body is made up of several trillion cells and OVER A HUNDRED TRILLION BACTERIA.
Keeping them around and in healthy populations is much more important than getting rid of an infection that your body can get rid of on its own in a week or so.
A lot of problems are caused by improper balances of bacteria in the digestive system and a lack of fiber.
