my male veiled still has swelling after taking him to the vet and given Baytril for 2.5 weeks and altogether its been two months now with very little changes on the cask and the glands on the jaw. What can i do the diet and every thing is perfect and im sure of it?

I think I would call the vet. Some infections require more than one round of antibiotics.

Did the vet test for gout or organ failure?

Did the vet diagnose a specific infection? If not, why is he giving your cham an antibiotic? Multiple joint and throat swellings sound more like gout/organ failure than infection to me. Maybe I missed an earlier message string about this?

i agree, highly suspicious, there must be some part of the puzzle we are missing. my advice would be to fill out the help form https://www.chameleonforums.com/how-ask-help-66/ (tonight), and see a different (cham experienced) vet (tomorrow). i will say this, even the best vet/treatment, wont do any good, if other major husbandry (care requirements) are amiss, that is why it would be good to fill out the help form. jmo
