How many times a week/ a month should I be using my supplements on my crickets and how should I go about putting them on the crickets?

Forums members will be able to help answer the question better as different species have different supplementation schedules.

Each species is different but panther and veileds:
Pure calcium everyday
Calcium with D3 twice a month
Multivitamin twice a month

for a jackson female:

calcium without d3: 2x a week
calcium with d3: 1x a month
multivitamin with d3: 1x a month

is this correct?
I've read conflicting things so I want to make sure it is correct.

That's the schedule we follow for our jacksons and its been working out fine for us. We have a male and a female and they are healthy and happy
