baiscally i need to know whats the best supplement to but on my chams food im using only nutrobal right now but ive been told thas not good??? what else should i be using??

Using Nutrobol a couple times a week is fine. The rest of the time, a vitamin free calcium/mineral supplement is likely all you need, if anything.
Alot depends on the type of chameleon, whether it goes outside, what you feed it, etc.
