I finally got my supplements in the mail from TikiTiki and i can only find a schedule for 3 of the 4 supplements i received. Could someone please help me with a supplement schedule so I can get it started ASAP.
I have:
Rep-Cal phosphorus free calcium w/ d3 (use twice a month?)
Rep-Cal Herptivite Multivitamin (use twice a month?)
Rep-Cal calcium w/o d3 (use daily/6 days a week?)
Sticky Tongue Farms Miner-all calcium w/o d3 (i don't know about this one)

any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your schedule should depend on the type of chameleon, its age, the types of prey/feeders you provide, and what you feed those feeders, and how often your animal is outside (getting natural light), etc.
But, generally speaking, for a panther or veiled, you could consider
The Rep-Cal without the D3 mixed with the Sticky Tongue Mineral without D3, used most days (whenever you use feeders that are higher in phosphorous than in calcium, such as crickets). There two products are not exactly the same. I find the rep-cal product sticks to the feeders better. The Miner-all indoors contains additional minerals not in the rep-cal product. Some chameleons dont like the taste of the sticky tongues product. So dont go mixing it all together - mix a small portion as needed, about 50-50.
The Rep-cal WITH D3 used LIGHTLY on one or two feeders about twice a month. This product has lots of D3, do you dont need to use it very often.
Herptivite also about twice a month. Some people may suggest adding pre-formed vitamin A from time to time as well. Again it comes back to they prey variety, gutloading, type of chameleon, etc.

I spoke with one of the supplement manufacturers a few months ago and I was told that Repcal derives its calcium from ground oyster shells. The person I was talking to claimed that calcium derived from shells contains many trace heavy metals and other pollutants, since shellfish are bottom dwellers. HE went on to say that precipitated calcium is better, as it is free of contaminants. He also stated that Repcal calcium has a slight gray colour to it . I did confirm this comparing it to other precipitated sources.

I wonder how accurate and/or significant the claim of toxins in the shell derived calcium actually is?

Thank you sandra and karma, your advice is ALWAYS so helpful :D

I have a veiled who is almost 3 months. I've had him for almost a week now. I've read that i need to feed him 15-20 small crickets daily. When i dust with calcium w/o d3, about how many should i dust?

I lightly dust all the crickets with everyday calcium. For the multi vitamin I just mix it in with the powder for that day so I'm giving both at once. If you dust them all then do make sure it's a really light coating.
