Outdoors 2.5-3 month old male ambilobe.
If it makes any difference I feed him crickets gutloaded with potatoes, carrots, Repcal Cricket Food, and Flucker's High-Calcium Cricket Feed.

For supplements I got Repcal Herptivite (blue label) and MinerAll (red cap)...

How would you use this 2 supplements considering he is outside all the time?

Im thinking Herptivite twice a month and MinerAll every other day. Good?

Thanks

Red Cap minerall should be the outside formula. You are still missing plain Calcium w/o D3.

Mineral-O has calcium. Use calcium, LIGHTLY, on all crickets. What else are you feeding it?

Herptivite twice a month should be fine.

Your gutloading could be improved.

Hi, thanks for replies

The only other feeders Ive found on local petshops are mealworms and superworms.
Read here that mealworms are not too good or nutritive, I give him about 2 very small ones per week, as treats. Superworms availabe here are too big for him (2"+) so I havent feed him those yet. So thats it, only crickets with an occasional mealworm :( I know I got to find him some other stuff....

So, crickets lightly dusted with MinerAll-O everyday, and Herptivite twice a month?

What else can I gutload?

pretty much Everything except tomato, spinach, lettuce, Cat/Dog/Fish food, and a few others that i cant think of (sorry im tired)

Are you keeping outdoors 24/7 ? Where you at? Geographically.

Thanks for the links...I'll try there.

@ SSimsswiSS...Yes, outside 24/7, I'm in the Caribbean.

If a chameleon is kept outdoors, then its the D3 that you need to adjust...the rest of the supplements shouldn't change, IMHO.
