Superworms feeding to baby cham?

Hello everyone!
I got a bit of a problem, im in sweden, where the lack of feeders in the winter is huge. I got crickets hatching right now but they surely are to small to feed my cham with. And my dubias have not got any offspring yet so far. My only hope right now is to but superworms that a fellow friend is breeding.

My cham is only ~3 months old and about 2.8 inches without tale. Should she be able to eat superworms without having trouble swallowing them? As I have understand they are quite long?

Thanks! // Prog

As long as the superworms are small it should be fine. I would hand feed and make sure she gets the head first. They do bite and it could be harmful to the Cham esecially if the super worm has any size to it.
