So this is my VERY simple, superworm setup... I will have a second box (shallow rubbermaid) that will contain about 100 film canisters for my breeder worms too but that is still in progress... I was just wanting everyones opinions on the setup... Is there anything I need? And let me kill some possible questions before they arise... I use rolled oats for ALL my high chinton worms... supers, mealworms... Because of the crude protein content... The calcium is 4% for both wheat bran and rolled oats and the vitamin A is higher in wheat bran than in rolled oats and plus the rolled oats allow for better absorption of moisture, decreasing the mold issue with the fruit laying on top of the substrate/food... I do have a question though.... Especially with supers I have heard cannibalism runs rampant without proper hydration so my question is does it look like I have enough moisture rich gut-load in there or how can I properly organize the greens to give them the ability to hydrate without massacring each other?
