Super worms

so i was wondering how many supers a day would be good for a cham ( in this case a 7 months old veiled) i like to change my feeders up once i run out, crickets to dubias and now i got some supers. i gave him 6-8 a day the past three days.. is this okay?? should it be more.. less?

See how long the first one lasts(1), and if eaten quick add a second(2), I only feed (3) max at a feeding. Unless chameleon is big, 300 + gram range.
