Hello, does anyone know if superworms can be a staple for a panther Cham diet instead of crickets? I don't think I will ever be able to feed him Dubias. They completely gross me out.

Superworms have a high fat content and most people dont gutload them very well either. Limit to 20% absolute max.

I suggest you forget entirely the idea of a staple. VARIETY is a much better plan. Aim to have no single prey choice make up more than 20% of your animals diet, and certainly never more than 50%.

Feeder choices include:
butterworms, silkworms, termites, terretrial isopods, indian walking sticks, blue bottle flies, grasshoppers/locust, hornworms, multiple types of roaches, hornworms, mealworms, superworms, several types of crickets, snails, pachnoda, painted ladies, ....

Just take the word "staple" out of your vocabulary for chameleons. Start using the word "Variety". Your chameleon will do so much better for you, I promise. I will say, superworms straight devour my DinoFuel. They love the stuff, no joke! Plus, it makes it very simple to gutload them.
