Super cute Pygmy

LOL I forgot about that video. I don't remember any of mine doing that, but as I was plucking a newly born Sternfeldi out of mom's enclosure I got one of those. Minutes old and he was gonna kick my *ss! He was always angry at me about something.

None of that litter made it, but he was the last one to go. I was shocked, as I thought he would make it. I have a love/hate with the live bearing chams. I love them, but have yet to have a baby get to maturity. Of course, I've only had two litters out of two different species. Don't know if I'll try again.
 
That's unfortunate. I'm sure it's much more difficult to raise them to adulthood. Plus the female has to be 100% during pregnancy and what not. I wouldn't give up. :) trial and error. Plus the third time's the charm!
