has anyone ever used this...
exo terra's
75watt daylight
sun glo
halogen neodymium lamp?
its very bright and gets pretty hot
it also gives off uva rays
right now we are finding out how far away from the cage we should put it
with our thermometer
we have a 265 gallon reptarium
should we use it
or just stick with the normal basking lights?

i have used that bulb but can i say i use the zoo med daylight blue bulbs, they are great, the brightest light, looks just like the sunlight, unfortunately they do not last long. i hope zoo med is working on this problem, it must have been brought to there attention, i have burnt out at least 12 bulbs over the last 3 months. it is great basking lite!!!
