Sugar Glider question?

I see some people saying to use calicum and calcium with D3. But with them not exposing themselves to the sun couldn't this fatal? I got the staple and fruit diet down. I'm just not understanding what a proper ratio for protein:calcium:d3 No this isn't a joke. Lol I see many people using it and suggesting it while others say to avoid it. I have 7 month old female. I had to take her in because she wasn't in good hands. If anyone has experience with them and has a good diet that works for them I would appreciate feedback. Thanks.

Nick.

For my gliders I use the BML diet.

You blend baby food, vitamins, juice, yogurt, wheat germ, and baby cereal into a ice cream consistency and freeze.

Online there are in depth guides to teach you how much of each to use.

I use both calcium withOUT D3 and calcium with D3. As booth are needed. Inside the frozen mixture.

I feed my 2 Gliders this "concoction" every night with fresh fruits and veggies.

I occasionally feed them wax worms and crickets as a treat.

Here are some pictures of the recipe I mentioned earlier.

If you've got any other questions don't hesitate to ask, their diet is one of the hardest things to get under control.

Thanks for that. I came across something similar online. How much D3 and cal do you put into the blend? I didn't see it on their. And how long have you been using this diet? Yeah their diet is pretty tricky! There's a million ways to do it. I'm trying to find the safest one without over and under doing anything.

1 teaspoon repti-cal hertipvite. Pink label.

2 teaspoons re cal non phos with D3.

Personally I've been using this 2016 modified version of the BML diet for close to a year now, and my girls love it.

This was the only diet I've fed to my girls sense they were 6 weeks old.
