suction cups!

The little suction cup-like feet on the hornworms get stuck to branches, screens etc.
The cham goes to shoot and tries to pull his tongue back in and the hornworm is like "Nope! You gotta work harder to eat me!!"
Hopefully this isn't bad for the chams tongue

It was funny to watch at first though...

I would think as long as they are properly supplemented and regularly shoot their tongue it wouldn't be an issue..

could question though, hopefully someone more experienced answers.
