substrate

what kind of substrate should i use. i used to use paper because it was easier to clean out and replace but i notice earlier that my cham was trying to eat it so i took the paper out. my local pet shop sells that cage carpet is that any good? or should i use sumthing else

No substrate works best. Carpet or towels in the bottom will just provide a place for bacteria to breed.

Not really... lose substrate definatley does.

Paper towel, Newspaper, Rubber mat, PVC, or nothing are best.

Carpet definately allows bacteria to breed as will paper towels if you dont change them every day.
