Stuck Shed

Hello. My Panther Chameleon CJ has what I think is stuck shed on 2 feet. Any suggestions on trying to get it off are welcome, because I have already tried showers and baths. Should I give him Vitamin A? I have heard it helps with shedding, but I am not sure. He also has some creme coloring for some reason that appeared on his back foot if you can see it. Should I be worried about that too?

I'm straining to see anything. The rule of thumb is to let it be unless it is strangling the extremity. If you use too much force removing it you can damage the area permanently.
The tan spot doesn't look like anything from here. I'm guessing it comes and goes and then it is normal.
I would wait on the Vit A and try gut loading and using a safe supplement schedule before risking an overdose.

I'm just very "overprotective". On picture 2, you can see it on both feet. Sorry, I couldn't get a closer photo, it wouldn't focus. If it gets worse, I will give you an update.
