I just got my new Jackson chameleon I put him in inside his Screen cage do I let him get used to it do I try to feed don't really know I need some help

Well its night time where I am idk about what time it is where u are but if its night where u are I would not feed him until the next morning amd let him rest

I'm in California and I got him online he was sent from Florida two days ago so I let him be till morning

At this point I'd make sure he now has access to food and water. Give him a little time before handling to much. Let him get used to his new enclosure.
