So I can home to find my Cham looking like this. The door was closed all day so nothing has come into the room to stress him so what could it be?

Is it stress??..

he looks fine to me, most likely just trying to soak in some rays.. but that's my opinion, i could be wrong..

I agree, chams arnt always bright in colour, he's just probly walm, they go dull colours to help cool down when there walm

His temps are fine, I uped the a little as he is dark.

As a % throughout the day how long are your chams colourful for?

His basking temp is 86f and the very bottom of the cage is 68f

I've had him for 3 weeks and 65% of the time he had been like this. Is he still stressed from the move?

Is he eating and drinking just fine?

He is likely trying to warm up.

His basking should be at 90-95F.

Id change that and see what happens ;)
