Strange lump on veiled

I have an 18 month old female veiled chameleon that eats, drinks, poops, and acts normally. One day I noticed a strange bump above one of her legs. I has been there for about 2 months and has not increased is size, numbers, or affected her actions in any way. I just want to know what it is, how it got there, and how I can get rid of it.

Two, veileds are very prone to cysts on the legs and back. They aren’t that too big of a deal and a vet will take care of them very quickly, but you should see a vet nonetheless.
