Do i have the strangest of chameleon?
I got Rhino my 3 year old jackson chameleon 3 month ago from a work mate who had to down size his collection.Rhino exhibits the strangest behaviour and i cannot find answers to these anywhere.
a bit about him when i took him the friend said dont handle him however after about a week the minute i put my hand in his viv usually to feed or mist him he will come over and climb on my hand walk up my shoulder and sit there. when i clean his viv i usually hang him on my curtain and if its a nice sunny day i leave him there for a while however a few times hes walked off the curtain and come and sat on my shoulder and fallen asleep.the other strange thing is he loves water.i have cat litter trays in the bottom of his viv to catch the water from his dripper and from the misting ( easy for me to get the access water out on a night time) often i will see him climb down sort of roll in the water thats collected
any suggestions why he does this from what ive read everywhere they do not like water and never go on the ground
