stomatitis?

Hello.. i noticed this problem at the tip of my male T. rudis.. what is in your opinion? i think it's a stomatitis but i've not assurance.. he is good a part of that and continue eating and moving all around in his cage!!

Your probably right and if it were my cham I'd take him to the vet for some antibotics before it gets worse.
 
Looks like he has an infection on the end of his nose too. It should be looked after asap. The areas should be cleaned out and a culture and sensitivity test done to determine what antibiotic the chameleon should be given.
 
The thing at the top of the nose is a old problem he had from the beginning (he is a wc animal) that last summer was cleaned up with vet assistance.. in these days i hope to could go to my vet and find an appropriate cure.. thanks for youe help!! i'll inform you about the development of the situation..
