Seems little small, otherwise beautiful girl. And when it comes to eggs she will have them depending on food and heat, but you should already have laying bin ready as panther girls can have eggs as soon as 6 months old.

When you say small what do you mean? She has grown lots since we have had her and she sheds every 4-5 weeks. Do you say small in size for what we are figuring her age to be or small as in thin?

And as you said being pinkish, means she is ready, if it is her first time and there is no male at sight, she may stay pinkish a while, even 3, 4 weeks, but then she will have eggs, As soon as she stops eating and you will see her walking all around the enclosure looking restless, she will need the bin.

An opaque container about 12 inches long and 10 inches deep filled with washed play sand, like from Home Depot.

With female Panther chameleons ...as you've already been told...they can produce eggs even when not mated...so the egg laying bin should be in the cage all the time once they are sexually mature so you don't miss the often subtle indications that she needs
to lay eggs. The sand needs to be moist enough to hold a tunnel.

If you feed her too much and keep the temperatures too warm it pushes them to produce larger clutches, develop MBD, prolapse, and develop follicular stasis or eggbinding and die.

Basking temperature of 80 F and feeding of about 3 to 5 insects 2 or 3 times a week will keep the clutch size low and maybe even cut it out altogether.
