bought the mier-all indoor today what schedule do panther and veiled keepers use this stuff just curious as to how i introduce it into my supliment schedule

I currently use the outdoor product as my vitamin free mineral powder - love it.

The indoor one has a low amount of vitamin d3, so you could easily use it weekly, maybe twice weekly depending on your lighting, gutloading and other supplements used.

As this form contains D3 you would want to use it once or twice a week depending on your cham's age (fast growing juvenile versus adult). The other days of the week you want to dust with plain calcium (no D3). We mean dust LIGHTLY. Rely most on a good gutload and consider dusting as just what it is...a supplement.

I really like the STF Mineral products I use the outdoor formula alot.
And like the indoor formula for chams requiring less D3 as it is a relativly low streght product.
