So I have a humidifier and right now it’s about 70% humidity in there so I sticked my head in and i had difficulty breathing. Is it the same for my panther chameleon or that is comfy for him?

What are you gauging your humidity with? If it’s an analog device it’s likely junk and giving you false readings. I just got a couple of these and they work great!

It’s pretty hard to say if it’s to high because some humans do find it hard to breath at 70% humidity. I would advise getting an accurate digital device so your not guessing. with chameleons it’s never acceptable to just wing it...But nobody answered my question..

As an example of what I’m saying my Cham room is 50% humidity and I find it to be just fine, on the other hand my mom was over recently and couldn’t breath in there.
