what would one consider a safe sterilizing cleanser for your encloser/ non-live plants? Vinegar/water solution? I have a male veiled Cham under a year old going through a shed so I have been misting him more then normal and will need to do this soon.

Is he in a screen enclosure? I'm just curious why you feel sterilizing his enclosure is needed. Are you seeing growth of some kind?

I like to use zoo med wipe out to clean my cages and there is also Natural Chemistry Reptile Cage Cleaner that I know of they work well. I wouldn't clean cage just because of shed but I like to clean my cage about every two weeks.
Well not only because of that.... It has probably been over two weeks. I clean the poop and vac the bottom pretty regularly but I know it has to take more then that. Thanks for the advice. They say a normal shed takes about a week or a little over. His head still has its shed so I'm trying to help it along as best i can with a lot of misting. He hates to be misted.... It really chaps his scales....just shy of giving my the angry side eye glance. Lol

Hey jpowell! You helped me a couple days ago. Yes... Glass cage.... His screen cage is not ready yet. Our neighbor is not finished building it. : ) just trying to keep this one as tidy as possible until the other one is complete.
